Lovely hotel with great staff. We arrived late Friday afternoon to be told our original hotel had water problems and no longer accommodate us. Nicola, on reception was wonderful and managed to sort out a room for us. We plan yo go back there for a longer stay! X
Brilliant Surprise Upgrade! We arrived and were instantly told we’d been upgraded—honestly, we didn’t think much of it since we’d only booked a £57 room. Well… WOW! “You’ve now got a hot tub,” they said. We thought it was a joke. It wasn’t. The suite was amazing, complete with a huge, stunning corner jet bath. Yes, the hotel is a bit older and the rooms aren’t perfect, but if you want to stay right on the beach with a proper, relaxing room—this is the place. Trust me, book one with the jet bath. It made our whole weekend! Thank you to the lovely lady when we arrived! Stunning offer of an upgrade…. You made this couple very happy! Social media will know all about this!
